Legal characters:
Consortium with external activity within producers of motorcycle detached parts, cars and motorized vehicles, that also execute every
kind of light mechanical activity, economic activities and services related and similar, being complementary to each other, and having
instrumental and economical relationship with these activities.
Consortium is a nonprofit organization.
Its aim is the accomplishment, even separated, of the following activities:
Promotion of sale activities by organizing fairs and participating to fairs, by advertising activities, studies and market researches, catalogues and every other suitable promotional medium;
Carrying out plans in scientific and technological research, in technical tests, updating on management methods field;
Technical and economical surveys to identify new products that are similar to those manufactured by consortium partners;
Establishment of a common trademark;
Activity directed to reach a common quality standard and same conditions to be performed;
Export of products manufactured by consortium partners and activity related to their promotion;
Import of raw materials and unfinished products to be used by the partners;
Every kind of other activities relates to the above mentioned, that are useful to their better management, carried out arranging its own departments in Italy and abroad;
Creation of a common distribution network, acquisition of orders, launch on the market of consortium products;
Assistance activities and consulting to associates.
In pursuing the above targets, Consortium will make use of all concessions allocated for industrial development of South Italy, as well as the regional prescriptions. Furthermore, it will pay attention
in encouraging steady coordination between companies, in order to constitute valuable networks within economic bodies, trough coordination structures and participated roles, promoting not only realization
of single projects, but also the opportunity of their repetition; so that these economic bodies can became steady instruments, suitable to support the economic and social of territory in which they work;
this, according to future rules and arrays.
Consortium will be able to carry out all commercial, industrial, financial and property operations that will be considered necessary and useful to reach its own goals.
It will also be able to acquire, directly or not, profit-sharings and partnerships to different organizations, companies, businesses, consortiums, associations, foundations, research centers having the same goal,
a similar or linked to its own purpose.
Moreover, it will be able to acquire real estates to be considered consortium headquarters, or become supporter of real estate production to be destined to promotional activities and services, even by partnership to other businesses.
